The Long Creek Watershed Management District (“LCWMD”) is seeking proposals from qualified service providers to provide pavement repair services pertaining to three stormwater structures, two catch basins and one drain manhole, located at 220 Maine Mall Road in South Portland, Maine.

Service providers selected by LCWMD will be required to sign an LCWMD Services Agreement, a sample of which is provided as Attachment B of the RFP. No material modifications to this Agreement will be considered or accepted.
The term for performance of the work under this RFP shall be from the date of award through November 30, 2018, unless sooner terminated.
Comments and/or questions concerning this RFP must be received by LCWMD’s Executive Director, Peter Carney, via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or by phone to (207) 894-4320, no later than 5:00 PM on October 3, 2018.
Proposals must be received by LCWMD c/o CCSWCD at 35 Main Street, Suite 3, Windham, ME 04062, or email to email@example.com, on or before 4:00 PM on October 10, 2018. If a proposer desires that their bid remain sealed until the proposal deadline, the proposal must be sealed and clearly marked: “LCWMD 220 Maine Mall Road Drainage Structure Pavement Repair RFP − Proposal.” Sealed proposals will be publicly opened at 4:00 PM on October 10, 2018 at the offices of CCSWCD, 35 Main Street, Suite 3, Windham, Maine. Proposals submitted by email will not be considered sealed and may be opened at any time.
LCWMD anticipates making selections for work under this RFP in October 2018. Proposals will be reviewed by LCWMD’s Executive Director and may be reviewed by members of LCWMD’s Board of Directors.
