Spring Clean Up Time Has Arrived!

BMP Maintenance will begin spring clean-up of all lots this week.  Following spring clean-up, BMP Maintenance will commence the corner to corner vacuum sweep of all lots.

Ron Broadhurst (cell #400-7008; rbroadhurst@bmpmaintain.com) will be coordinating with you to provide a timeframe for your site to get cleaned up and subsequently, vacuum swept.

Spring Clean-up includes the hand picking of accumulated litter and trash and the pick-up of any debris piles located on and adjacent to paved areas across the property. It will not include power brooming lawn areas or removal of accumulated organic matter (e.g. leaves and branches).

Feel free to contact Ron with any questions.
