Have You Filed Your Notice of Intent?

Long Creek Landowners who choose to continue to participate in the Long Creek General Permit, should have submitted their Notice of Intent (NOI) form by July 1, 2015. If you have not filed your NOI form you must submit it to Maine DEP as soon as possible. If Maine DEP doesn't have your NOI form on file you will soon receive a Notice of Violation.

If you need a new copy of the form, please download it from the Long Creek website.

Landowners should contact either Chris Brewer or Tamara Lee Pinard at the District or Alison Moody at Maine DEP with questions regarding the Notice of Intent form or the Long Creek General Permit.
