The Long Creek Watershed Management District (“LCWMD”) is seeking proposals from qualified service providers to provide watershed monitoring data analysis services for watershed monitoring data that has been collected pertaining to the Long Creek Watershed. The focus of the review is to prepare a report of a comprehensive data analysis to allow LCWMD to make data-based decisions relevant to the implementation of the Long Creek Watershed Management Plan.

The term for performance of the work under this RFP shall be 150 days from the date of award, unless sooner terminated.
An optional pre-bid conference will be held at 1:00 PM on April 11, 2019 at the offices of the Cumberland County Soil & Water Conservation District (“CCSWCD”) located at 35 Main Street, Suite 3, Windham, Maine.

Proposals must be received by LCWMD c/o CCSWCD at 35 Main Street, Suite 3, Windham, ME 04062 on or before 4:00 PM on May 16, 2019. Proposals will be publicly opened at 4:00 PM on May 16, 2019, at the offices of CCSWCD, 35 Main Street, Suite 3, Windham, Maine. Emailed proposals will not be accepted.
LCWMD anticipates making selections for work under this RFP in May 2019. Proposals will be reviewed by members of LCWMD’s Board of Directors and LCWMD’s Executive Director. LCWMD will award a contract based upon a combination of qualifications, cost, and value.
