Request for Proposals - Water Quality Monitoring Services

The Long Creek Watershed Management District (“LCWMD”) is seeking proposals from qualified service providers to provide water quality monitoring services in the Long Creek Watershed.

People evaluating water sampleThe scope of services includes water quality and biological monitoring in Long Creek.  Specific details are available in the full Request for Proposals (“RFP”) which is available on the Documents page of the LCWMD Website, under "Current Request for Proposals/Qualifications."

An optional Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 1:00 PM on November 10, 2020 via Zoom online web conference. A potential proposer who would like to participate in the online web conference must send an email to LCWMD’s Executive Director, Peter Carney, at pcarney@restorelongcreek.org no later than 1:00 PM on November 9, 2020 requesting an invitation to participate in the online web conference. An invitation with the information needed to access the online web conference will be sent no later than 5:00p.m. on November 9, 2020.

Comments and/or questions concerning this RFP must be received by LCWMD’s Executive Director, Peter Carney, via email to pcarney@restorelongcreek, by phone to (207) 894-4320, or delivery to Long Creek Watershed Management District c/o CCSWCD, Water Quality Monitoring Services RFP Questions, 35 Main Street, Suite 3, Windham, ME 04062, no later than 4:00 PM on November 17, 2020.

Addenda, if any, to the RFP will be issued on or before 5:00 PM on November 19, 2020. If not attending the optional Pre-Bid Conference, parties interested in receiving addenda to this RFP should notify LCWMD’s Executive Director, Peter Carney, of their interest via email to pcarney@restorelongcreek.org prior to 4:00 PM on November 17, 2020.  Addenda will be provided to attendees of the Pre-Bid Conference, parties who notified LCWMD of their interest, and will be posted to LCWMD’s website.  Failure of a proposal to address information in any issued addenda may result in rejection of the proposal.

Proposals must be submitted to Long Creek Watershed Management District c/o CCSWCD, 35 Main Street, Suite 3, Windham, ME 04062 and received on or before 4:00 PM December 1, 2020. Submissions must be sealed and clearly marked: “Water Quality Monitoring Services RFP - Proposal.” The public opening of proposals will be livestreamed at 4:00 PM on December 1, 2020 on CCSWCD’s YouTube channel. Emailed proposals will not be accepted.
