The Long Creek Watershed Management District (“LCWMD”) is seeking proposals from qualified service providers to provide water quality monitoring services.
The Long Creek Watershed Management District (“LCWMD”) is seeking proposals from qualified service providers to provide water quality monitoring services, in accordance with the Long Creek Monitoring Plan (“Monitoring Plan”) and associated Long Creek Quality Assurance Project Plan (“Project QAPP”), within the Long Creek Watershed for the 2019 and 2020 calendar years. Service providers selected by LCWMD will be required to sign an LCWMD Services Agreement, a sample of which is provided as Attachment D of the RFP. No material modifications to this Agreement will be considered or accepted.
The term for performance of the work under this RFP shall be from the date of award through February 1, 2021, unless sooner terminated.
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM on October 4, 2018 at the offices of CCSWCD located at 35 Main Street, Suite 3, Windham, Maine.
Comments and/or questions concerning this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) must be received by LCWMD’s Executive Director, Peter Carney, via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, by phone to (207) 894-4320, or delivery to LCWMD Monitoring Services RFP − Questions, c/o CCSWCD, 35 Main Street, Suite 3, Windham, ME 04062, no later than 4:00 PM on October 11, 2018.
Proposals must be received by LCWMD c/o CCSWCD at 35 Main Street, Suite 3, Windham, ME 04062 on or before 4:00 PM on November 8, 2018. Submissions must be sealed and clearly marked: “LCWMD Monitoring Services RFP − Proposal.” Proposals will be publicly opened at 4:00 PM on November 8, 2018, at the offices of CCSWCD, 35 Main Street, Suite 3, Windham, Maine. Emailed proposals will not be accepted.
LCWMD anticipates making selections for work under this RFP in November 2018. Proposals will be reviewed by LCWMD’s Executive Director and members of LCWMD’s Board of Directors. LCWMD will award a contract based upon a combination of qualifications, cost, and value.
