Request for Proposals: BMP Inspection and Maintenance

The Long Creek Watershed Management District (“LCWMD”) is seeking proposals from qualified service providers to perform annual inspection and maintenance services for structural Stormwater Best Management Practices and associated landscaped areas in the Long Creek watershed for the 2026, 2027, and 2028 calendar years, with the possibility of two one-year extensions. 

An optional pre-bid conference will be held at 1:00 PM on January 13, 2026, at the offices of the Long Creek Watershed Management District, 35 Main Street, Windham, Maine, or may be attended remotely via online web conference. Comments or questions must be received no later than 5:00 PM on January 20, 2026. Proposals must be received on or before 4:00 PM on January 29, 2026.
